Context:

DLE, a B2B logistics company, initially wanted to grow brand awareness through paid ads. My role was to lead ad strategy and execution across multiple campaigns, each focused on reaching and educating our target audience — not necessarily to convert immediately(but converted because I did a good job)

My Approach:

  • Ran multiple awareness-focused campaigns to test creative angles and gauge interest.

  • Carefully refined targeting and messaging with each iteration to increase relevance and engagement.

  • For the final campaign before my exit, I allocated a ₦20k budget and applied insights from earlier campaigns to produce a high-performing creative.

  • Though not designed as a direct sales campaign, this ad had clear value positioning and strong audience resonance.
     


The Turning Point:
That final campaign outperformed expectations — leading to a ₦900k revenue uplift traced back to new bookings via the web app. It was a strong signal that our awareness strategy had reached a conversion threshold.

Generating Bootcamp Signups for EdTech via Google Ads

Context:

ITSkills Centre, an EdTech brand, needed to boost registrations for its tech bootcamps. The goal was clear: drive quality leads to their sign-up page and ensure conversions through email-confirmed registrations.

My Role:
I was responsible for setting up, managing, and optimizing the entire Google Ads campaign.

​

My Approach:

Designed a targeted search campaign using keywords tied to tech careers, learning, and bootcamp intent.

Wrote compelling ad copy to address pain points (career growth, skills gap, affordability).

Created a simple conversion funnel with a lead form → thank you page → automated email confirmation.

Monitored performance daily to adjust bids, improve CTRs, and reduce cost per lead.


Impact:

  • The campaign led to multiple confirmed bootcamp registrations, as shown through automated email receipts.

  • Results showed strong alignment between copy, offer, and targeting — with no wasted spend.

  • The performance was strong enough that the founder decided to pause all social media ads and focus solely on Google Ads.

Context:

As part of a low-budget campaign, I was tasked with creating and running Twitter ads to increase visibility and engagement on specific posts for DLE — without aiming for conversions or sales.

  • Selected high-performing organic posts and boosted them with a small ad budget.

  • Targeted relevant followers by location, interest, competitor's audience and profile similarity.

  • Tracked engagement to determine which topics and hooks resonated best.
